The Swim suit saga….

Yesterday was a good day for me. I have been looking for a new bathing suit. Everyone is getting frustrated with me because they want me to go swimming and I keep saying, I don’t have a bathing suit. All the ones I did have are now too big on me so I got rid of them. In a way, I was just using the excuse of not having a bathing suit so I wouldn’t have to actually get into one in front of anyone. I do feel good about myself but still have alot of flaws that I don’t want to flaunt.

So, I have been feeling really good about myself lately. My friend once again asked me to go swimming and again, I said I don’t have a bathing suit. Honestly, I have looked and just can’t find one I like! So she suggests we go to good will to look. I was like, yeah right, I highly doubt I will find one there that will fit, much less like. I am just too picky when it comes to bathing suits!

So, I did find a brand new one with the tags still on it for $3.00!!  It is a tankini.  I will most likely never wear a bikini ever again and that is ok with me!

It is cute and was VERY AFFORDABLE! Now, no more excuses! I must get out there and swim! EEK!

Swimming is great exercise and your friends love you no matter what so put that bathing suit on and show off the hard work you have done.

LOL!!! Ooooo, the swimsuit troubles… aaaahhh…let me share something with you… I always bought bikinis but I NEVER really had a bikini figure - I don’t know what I was thinking!!! I tought 1-piece suits were so oldfashioned!! So when me and my b/f got together years back and we talked about planning our first vacation together he said: ‘I’m looking forward to seeing you in your one-piece suits, because you will be the sexiest girl on the beach. I don’t like you wearing a bikini because I don’t want other guys seeing too much of your bod’. OK, he’s old fashioned, don’t get on my back, pls. I just had to kiss him. And yeah, I  bought one piece suits and realised that sometimes more really is less. No more bikinis for me. Cleavage and legs do plenty.

    Have a great day Tasha!

You are beautiful Tasha go for a swim and enjoy it. It makes me sad to hear your still fustrated with your body you look so great. I know there will never be perfection but I hope to find freedom with my thinking. You have worked so hard for your new body  don’t let your mind play too many tricks on you.

Good for you!  If I didn’t have a pool in my back yard, there would be no way I’d ever get in a swim suit!  Have fun swimming.
